I, too have taken these Z-Bec vitamin's for years and love them. Anytime
I feel my throat starting to get sore, I take one and never do get sick.
If I don't take them right away at the first signs of cold, then I come down with a cold. Whether or not it is the vitamin that stops the cold, I
really don't know, but I am a believer that it is. My husband does not agree but I catch him taking them too when he has signs of a cold, go figure!

I've used Z-bec vitamins off and on for years now and there's simply no other vitamin that comes close to this one! I know that many people take vitamins, and most times we ask ourselves: "Is this really doing anything?".
With Z-bec, you can feel the difference after taking them for just a little while.
I'm no doctor and do not recommend this for others, but when I start to feel like I'm coming down with an illness, I take 2 of them a day for a very short time (maybe 3 days/spread out in approximately 12 hour increments) and most times I regain my health!
I've turned some friends on to this vitamin through the years and they agree...this is a great vitamin.
I believe in them so much that I'd consider working for them if asked...
Hope this helps some of you out there. Unfortunately, they are becoming harder to get and used to be carried by numerous pharmacies, but they have dropped them for some reason (too strong for the market maybe?).

I have suffered from Lupes since 2004. And as I was getting to know my body reactions to my Lupus condition; I realized that everytime that I had a flair when I got a cold. Most times, I ended up at the hospital. About 4 years ago, my step mom who is a RM recommended me to start taking ZBEC. At first, I didn't realized that it gave me more energy, I was not getting any colds or flu and I was living a more normal life. I will strongly recommend to anyone with Lupus to try this vitamine. I went from visiting doctors and hospital very often to living a very, very normal life. I visit my doctor every 4 months just as rutine and I haven't visit a hospital since I have been taking it. My nieces used to be sick all the time (flue, cold, sore troa) Now...they don't know what that it...
Thanks to this miracle vitamine. It has literally save many trips to the hospital. LOVE IT. THANKS FOR GIVING ME BACK MY LIFE. Of course I am a cristian and beleive that the lord wants me to be fine. Staying in a good spirit and looking at life minute by minute and enjoying it; it certainly help.

My Z-BEC order was taken and processed perfectly, as usual. This seems to be a very beneficial vitamin supplement for me at my age, and it helps greatly being able to order and receive it as conveniently and as economically as I do thru Amazon.com.
