Tried quite a few different weight loss programs in the past but with no results (one did work but had ephedra and was very expensive) I have to be honest, I have no appetite at all. I pretty much have to force myself to eat. I have no scale but I gained 2 belt notches in 3 weeks and I only take 1 in the AM and 1 around 1:30 PM. If you are like me and had little or no results in the past on weight loss, do yourself a favor and try Xtreme Lean advanced formula. You won't be disappointed, and the price is right.

With the help of diet and exercise I lost a little over 30 pounds in 6 months with this product. It really controls my appetite, to the point I eat only a little of a healthy meal and I am STUFFED. I have a high caffeine tolerance so I cannot really comment on the energy factor. The red bottle of zantrex I sometime take before the gym to give me energy but it does not assist in helping my appetite like appetite or craving like extreme lean. As with any medication, it affects all of our bodies differently so your best bet is to try it and see if it works for you. But for me, who has a high tolerance to many medications it works like magic! Hope this helps and good luck!

I am very satisfied with this purchase. It was instrumental to my losing 14 lb.s in just under 2 months in conjunction with a reduced calorie diet and daily exercise. Let's face it, the hardest part of dieting is overcoming the food cravings, especially if you're taking the low carb approach. Xtreme Lean is a lifesaver for those of us with less than stellar willpower. The cravings just aren't there after taking two capsules in the morning and don't come back for 8 hours or so. The only downside is you actually have to force yourself to eat at times and you really won't want to. So if you feel like you aren't taking in enough calories and nutrients, I'd recommend just taking half or three quarters of the recommended serving size.
All in all I am very impressed with Xtreme Lean. It is a terrific supplement and priced to own.

I took this product as instructed and I didn't lose not even one pound . I exercise and eat very healthy.. also it gave me a very bad heart burn .. waste of money
