This really works! I work out on a treadmill for 50 minutes every day and taking this specific brand has kept knee and leg pain at bay.

"Love a Schnootz"
I have been taking this product on and off since the about 1995. It helped put off knee replacement for about 3-4 years on one knee. It is one of the best products that I found at the time. I had tried two other brands of glucosamine-chondroitin, one for two years. I just thought at the time that it might have been helping, but not really. Then I tried Windmill Health Products Glucoflex Glucosamine and Chondroitin that was on sale at the time at a hospital pharmacy where I worked. What a difference this product makes. My knee pain noticeably improved within two weeks. I highly recommend this product. It is helping my other knee now to stave off replacement.

Since I took these I have since read that glucosamine/chondroitin supplements are not proven to have any benefit, but I had no problem with them.
