I have been using this product faithfully for over 5 years. I would not go a day without it. I take two tablets a day. I am now in my late 40's and this product has helped with memory and focus since I first started taking it. I experienced no side effects, did not notice improvement in skin. I gave a box to a friends 19 year old son that has ADD and it helped him tremendously. He had taken an exam 3 times and failed. After taking this product for 2 weeks he took the test again and passed with impressive results. There are a lot of products that claim to help with memory and cost significantly more. This product has helped me to feel like I am not losing my mind. I hope that you have the same results.

I use this product to boost an extra hour or two of study time. If you plan to use this for a cramming/study session, I would recommend studying for a couple hours or so without taking anything, then if your feeling tired take a few minutes break and grab some coffee, tea, soda, or snacks and study some more for an hour or so, then if you absolutely can't concentrate after about three to four hours of studying, then take the Focus Formula. It will boost your cramming/study session for another extra hour or so and you will notice a boost in your focus and attention.
Definitely eat something before taking the pills. Taking it without food can sometimes give you a headache.

Great stuff. Helps tremendously when you're past 55 years old and start forgetting names, ages, etc. of your grandchildren and others.

"Gods geek"
My short term memory is really bad and my focus sometimes can be horible too. I tried these pills and they did nothing for my short term memory, but they really helped a lot with my focus and concentration. I plan to continue to use this product.

Tried it for more than 2 weeks under varying circumstances to get desired effect but all it did was make me very drowsy, dehydrated, increased hunger/metabolism, very constipated, irritable, some nausea, some joint aches, and no focus whatsoever, actually made me more tired and ready to sleep sooner than usual, even after drinking coffee. The only time i felt some focus was the very first day I took it, which was mild and lasted only for a few hours, followed by all the above side effects. Then the next day no focus at all, and the following days it got worse, so I tried it under different conditions, still nothing. I even took a week off after two weeks of use to clear tolerance, but same declining effects. Maybe its just me, but it was nothing like the other reviewers have described. So try it if you can spare a few bucks, but it was a huge waste of time and money for me.
