Well, I should have paid attention to the other reviews. What you get sent is a bottle of multi-flavored berry gummies and not the lemon ones pictured by Amazon. They taste awful (stale anchovies, anyone?) and it is not clear from the back label how much Omega 3 you are really getting so there is no way to compare it with other fish oil amounts in other products or recommendations from nutrition sites. It would be helpful to know the source for their fish ingredients -- it also is not listed on the label.

These Omega-3's, being in the gummy form, are a hit at our home - all of us, including my kids and wife, take it every day. Useful for those who gag on larger tablets or gelcaps. Just chew them like candy, no smell. Same with multi-vite gummies.

taste great. much more fun to take these vitamins. remember, they can't do you any good if u don't regularly take them. i was skipping my "gagging" monster pills. love these!

I first found these at the local grocery. I usually can't take omegas as they upset my stomach but my doctor recommends 1,000 mg a day. These definitely do the trick. I take 4 to 5 a day, usually two at a time, between meals. I love the texture and the flavor. No fishy taste. I recommend them.

I received the mixed berry/cherry/lemon bottle and not the one that was originally pictured: The luscious lemon flavor. There is a difference between the two, aside from flavors. The lemon only one (no longer made by the company) was a from a non-fish source of algae DHA and had no gelatin in it. So, it was a vegetarian product. The one I received has both fish oils and gelatin in it (not a vegetarian product). If you're not vegatarian, I am sure the product is great.
