I have been taking it for 4 weeks and I see a big difference. My legs don't swell up anymore when the weather is hot and the almost black big spots with spider veins on my feet diminished and lightened up that they are barely visible anymore. I clearly see that it helps with lymph drainage, since my legs look noticeably thinner. I do not see that much difference in the spider veins higher up the leg, yet.

This is a marvelous product. It helps with circulation in the lower legs. It is especially good for those who have to sit for lengthy periods of time. The main ingredient, horse chestnut, is what helps with blood circulation and wards off the tendency to develop spider veins as well as varicose veins. Anyway, I've used it for years and it seems to keep my legs in great shape. This is a supplement I highly recommend.

i bought this product because i suffer from varicose veins/poor leg circulation. i've been taking the supplement for a few months now, and i am not noticing any improvement in my legs or in the appearance of veins. will not be purchasing again.

Bought one package from WalMart. At 8 bucks it was worth a try. With having spider veins, I don't cross my legs and try to keep them ellevated, I wear compression socks and use the cream. There are certain creams that work better for me, on one right now that seems to not be doing anything. But I noticed so far that no new spider veins are coming up, just the old ones coming up that are already broken from switching spider vein creams. I'm hoping that after a month or two I'll start seeing solid results from this.

Sorry, I don't really know how to write a review for this product. I believe it's doing the job it's intended to do. I don't have leg vein problems, or any other kind of vein problems.
