My urologist recommended this so I started taking it. No more prostatitis or any other problems. Better than the other stuff I was taking before. It's tough getting old.

After taking this product for about 2 months it appears that I have some improvement in the number of times that I have to relieve myself at night. I have tried other herbal products on and off for years, including Super Beta Prostate w/o significant results. So I am giving this product, Urinozinc, a thumbs up for now.
If you do chose to try the stuff give it at least a couple of months to show results.

I have experimented with a number of such over - the - counter products, but this is the only one that has actually helped. I experienced almost immediate remission of symptoms: episodes of night time urination decreased from 4 - 5 to 1 - 2, and for the first time in years, I have been getting more or less normal REM sleep, so that I feel much better during the day. Recognizing that effects can differ from individual to individual, I nonetheless urge BPH sufferers to give Urinozinc a try.

Since using this product, I have slept for longer periods at night than I have in a long time. Prior to using it, I went to the bathroom every two hours very often. Now I sleep for five hours usually. What a relief!
