I have had to get up at least once every night to urinate over the last four years and I would get a total of about 3 to 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep during that time. Since I started taking this product a week ago, I'm getting at least two more hours of sleep every night before I have to get up to urinate. May not sound like much but six hours of uninterrupted sleep vs. 3 or 4 is a BIG difference - particularly in how you feel the next day. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone!!

"Sleeping soundly"
Tried a few prostate supplements before being turned on to this by a golf buddy. Saw noticeable results after about two weeks. Definitely getting up less in the evening and less general discomfort overall. Would recommend to anyone suffering from BPH or looking for a preventive supplement.
