I have used this product now for 2 yrs... It does what it says. I take it before a work out. I feel the energy boost in about 20 mins.. great stuff!!!!!

I'm used to Hi-Ener-G tablets.But,I thought I would give these a try.
A lot of products make great claims about all the energy you are going to feel.O.k.Let's see.
Nothing happened for me.So,I went back to Hi-Ener-G,but,I would throw three of these on top.
Otherwise,they are going to sit in the drawer,and that's my money wasted.
