I've been looking high and low for an exercise ball workout that will hold my attention long enough and I finally found it! This ball workout is awesome! I love it because you are using your body weight to sculpt the muscles using gravity and the ball for balance. I found that in order to do the exercises correctly I needed to hold my abdominals in the whole time so I didn't risk falling off! I love that in a video, one that uses more than one body part to do the exercises. I love to use as many muscles as I can to do an exercise, it seems like such a waste of time to only use one muscle to do an exercise! That is why I LOVE this workout!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this ball to use as a chair, and I've been very pleased with it. I'm a big guy in a house that frequently has a lot of kids, and the ball has held up extremely well to heavy usage.

I am very happy with the Firm 75 cm stability ball! I paid under $20 through amazon, which is the best price I found for the kit. I've been using it for about 2 months, and I think I may have pumped the ball twice in that time. I prefer for the stability ball to be extremely firm, as it challenges my body more. So, if I notice the ball feels a little soft or it gives more than I'd like, I just pop the plug out and pump it up a bit more. The video is adequate. I use it occasionally, but mostly I used it at the beginning for new exercises I could do with the ball. If I had the chance to do it again, I'd purchase this ball.

I've been out of exercising for a few months, heart surgery and am just getting back into it. But I do love this workout, it's only 30 minutes, but I'm sweating anyway! The pump isn't the best in the world, and am currently looking for another one. But I was able to pump the ball up enough to make it work for me. Allie is a great instructor, not alot of chatter but lots of encouragement.

I use this as my desk chair at my computer at home. My back feels much better since I made the switch. And it is easy to take a quick stretch break while you are working.
