 Swiffer Vac Saves Lots of Time!May 03, 2007

We installed ceramic tile in our kitchen and laundry room. I hated how the dust mop or a regular broom just pushed the dirt into the grout lines. I bought the Swiffer Vac due do a recommendation from a friend. Boy! I am glad I did! It is awesome for quick pickups. It is great for dog hair and dirt. I just wish the vacuum surface was a little bit wider and the dust cup would hold a little more dirt. The filter clogs easily but then I am cleaning up after two shedding dogs. I love this product. Just be sure and empty the dust cup regularly and keep it charged!

This little Swiffer is the perfect solution for my tile and hardwood floors! I used to use it weekly to pick up dust and lint, but since my toddler grandson is temporarily living with us, I run it over the floors each day. It picks up crumbs and dust, and it is very light and easy to push around. The battery weakens after about 15 minutes, but it does such a great job that I plan to buy a second one. I only wish Swiffer would come out with something as easy to use on rugs! You won't regret adding this tool to your cleaning arsenal.

I own this and you can buy it at your local Walmart/Target or drug store for around 30 dollars. It's a great vac but for over 100 dollars you can buy a standard brand name floor vac.

You can get the swiffer vac at your local grocery store or walmart, you can even go on the swiffer website and they will mail you a whole pack of coupons including a $5 off coupon for the swiffer vac. Why would anyone pay $100.00 dollars for this. Please do your research before purchasing. I love my vac...but not enough to pay that much for it. I could buy a plain old swiffer, a hard floor vac and a steam mop for a 100 bucks.
