It is impossible to find small doses of melatonin on the store shelves. I have been ordering this item from this company for some time and have been pleased.
If you are a small person or are sensitive to melatonin like I am, I recommend one or two 300 mcg. tablets. You will not feel so groggy the next day, and still sleep well at night.

I received this product in the amount of time promised in great shape. The product is wonderful. It works as it says it does with no problems. Thanks alot. Great product.
