The Sudacare vapor plug does exactly what it says. I used it in a medium sized room on high and it was a little strong so I imagine it would still be very effective in a large room. It cleared my sinuses even lying down. I was able to get a good night's sleep. It only lasts 40 hours so it will run about 4 or 5 nights. I wish it lasted longer but on the other hand the worst of the cold is usually over by then and the refills are pretty inexpensive. So all in all a very good product.

I have terrible allergies and my answer is Sudacare products. I loved using the "Shower Soothers" and I love using the "Advanced Vapor plug".
The only problems I have is that stock seems to be very limited and stores no longer carry the products.

You, don"t have to carry anything put your plug and the refill, helps you breath when sleeping and shut it off . and start the following night.
