They are thin and elegant and fit in tight jeans pockets better than standard lip balm sticks. They also come with a subtle vanilla flavor, which my 12-year old daughter loves. Some come with a very light tint, as well.

"It's Zennny-Zen-Zen-Zenn-i-den."
I loved this product and it does help heal my lips. But my boyfriend said the taste of the mint tasted "funny". The vanilla is good. Softlips does live up to it's title, but I think I'll stick with cherry from now on.

I like the balm itself. It works well, stays on, and I like the scents/flavours it comes in. I wish they were a little thicker, though. I have very full lips and covering them with this thin little tube is a little comical. The other reviewer mentioned that the size of this makes it perfect to slip into tight jean pockets. That's true, I guess. Personally, I think it's still a little long for that since it pokes out of my pocket when I sit down, but it's not usually an issue.
Overall, I would recommend Softlips to others. My mom has very thin lips and she loves the size of this tube. It's a little impractical for me, so I'll stick to ChapStick or Aquafina lip balms.
