Schiff Glucosamine Plus MSM - 200 Coated Tablets
My wife has bad knees. She's been taking this for about 30 days. She said that she could tell a difference after about three weeks, the pain seemed to be less. The tablets are easy for her to swallow and she has trouble swallowing a number of pills.

I have tried several brands of glucosamine (with and without MSM) over the past five years, and Schiff Glucosamine Plus MSM is the best product and the best value I have found.
I recommend taking the full dose as stated on the bottle, daily, if like me you have experienced osteoarthritis, with the accompanying pain and loud popping of joints while climbing stairs, for instance.
I have full relief from those symptoms since taking this product, and I believe the potency speaks for itself in this result. My only regret is that I didn't know about this simple solution many years earlier.

I have been using this product for about 4 years now.
I think it helps me a lot with my joints. I had an injury a number of years ago with my shoulder that prompted me to take it. but now I see an overall effect everywhere, specifically in the knees. I noticed it the most when I stopped taking it for about a month, and noticed stiffness.
I believe this product helps me, maybe it can you too, if you do try it, make sure you give it 60-90 days to get into your system before you judge.

I purchased this product for my mother and her family. They spoke highly of the product and since she had a bottle left over she decided to try it! She said she noticed immediately during her workout that the typical aches and pains were gone! Now she's bugging me to try it.

I don't know how well the tablets work because I'm taking it for preventative reasons. However, as a previous poster mentioned, each tablet is not 1500 mg, one dose is (2 tablets), so the bottle effectively has 100 doses of 1500 mg each. Another downside is that the tablets are fairly large (almost an inch long).
