I've been using Schiff Glucosamine with MSM for about 5 years. I love the fact that the tablets are smaller than a lot of other brands of glucosamine tablets. Yes it took a while to build up in my system, after that initial time, it does the trick. I highly recommend this product, but caution you to not give up - it takes about 6-8 weeks to reach its full impact on the body.

In my late 30's I started having unexplained joint pain. Nothing a doctor could do anything about. My knees could barely navigate the stairs first thing in the morning, and forget trying to bend over or down. I was relieved to finally find a brand that comes in 3 smaller pills vs. 2 larger ones (have tried several brands and always have trouble gagging the big pills down). After 6 wks of regular use (as prescribed), it was like a light switch turned off the pain. Not completely pain free, I'll admit, but if I ever forget how bad it was 2 years ago when I started taking this product, all I have to do is stop taking it consistently for a week or two (happened once on a vacation and another time when I ran out of the product), the pain will come back unbearably about 2 wks after I stop, and I'll remember. Miracle product!
