When this razor first came out, I loved it. The old handles used to be a little awkward, but the razor was awesome. I loved how the razor would rinse clean quickly so there was nothing stuck between the blades. I did notice that the shaving bar around it would disappear after just a few shaves but all in all it was a great product. Then one day I found the refills on sale and bought a few. When I got them home and used them the next day, I noticed that the shave was not as close. I also noticed that the razor was leaving lines of hair going up my leg. When I rinsed the razor it didn't rinse clean. I had to wipe it each time. This made to shave bar around it wear out quicker. When I looked closely at the blades, I noticed that Schick had put their famous micro wires over the blades. I have noticed that they do this to pretty much all of their razors. They started doing it when they came out with the Silk Effects razor. That was the special feature of that razor. It supposedly minimizes the potential for getting cut. Why? Because the razor doesn't touch your skin. I thought the Silk Effects razor was horrible because of this feature. They now put this feature on just about every one of their women's razors. You don't get a close shave, and you constantly have to wipe the blades, because they don't rinse clean. It's a shame, I always liked schick razors. A far better razor is the Gillette Venus. They have one that has the shave gel built into it.

I would give zero stars if I could! I love Schick Intuition and they're the only razors I buy, however these are old razors with dull blades. I ordered two razors and both came in boxes with coupons that expired in 2009, and the blades were dull. As a result of the dull blades I've cut myself three times already which never happens, these are going in the trash.

I have been using the Schick Intuition for years, as a young adult I started to have from nothing noticeable psoriasis to painful psoriasis. It got to where I couldn't shave and didn't know how to deal with it. The Schick Intuition changed that for me. Because of the moisture bar starting and finishing each location I get a smooth shave without pain.
A CON about it is that depending on where you keep it in the shower additional moisture can cause the outer bar to wear and fall off before you have finished the use and the replacement heads are not cheap. I have found it is best to keep the razor head down out of shot of water during general shower usage.
If you have problem skin, I HIGHLY recommend using this razor.
The reason for 4 not 5 stars is the storage and sometimes waste of a replacement head if not remembered to keep it out of water shot.

I purchased this item because it was a great deal and much cheaper than in the store. you get 2 razor heads in the package, and I think they work great on the bikini line. I personally would not use these on my legs as the moisture bar wears down well before you would need to replace the razor, but using it for small places is great!
