Be Carefull With White Shirts for a few daysAug 07, 2010

This isnt too bad but I dont think its practical and it goes on uneven until you learn how to apply it I guess. I have a 4 year very old can and just tried it again today.
I do remember though when i first tried this 4 years ago just on my upper torso and abs (this stuff makes my abs show better), I made the mistake of wearing a white dress shirt the next day. When I removed my shirt that night after work, I noticed it was colored all over on the inside. The shirt needed serious bleeching to remove the color.
You will also notice it comes off on white sheets. Also sweat will make this stuff run a bit, even 2 days later. I might try buying a 3 pack and I will see what those results are. Maybe they modified the forumula a bit. These day you can get a 3 pack for like $11. They should give you a 5 pack for that price though

This Sally Hansen Tanner Spray product from Amazon is horrible. I was sent product that is either out of date or shelf life. The tan color is terrible and orange after applied.
Used this product for many years that I bought in a regular store and is nothing like this. You can get a great sunless tan with natural looking color if you buy this from a store and not at a cheap price from Amazon.
Never again....should have known better when the price was so cheap. This will make me question whether I buy anything from Amazon again.

I showed the above critical review to a friend who is completely satisfied with the product and she says there could be two possibilities: she has oily skin and the product works well with such. However, if a person has dry skin they may find the product does not work that well. Also, there are variants of the product that do not work well for her (she was thinking of the face only version of the product) that may have been what the reviewer had in mind. In any event, it does work well for some people so check it out before purchasing.

I was hoping for better coverage, which it doesn't give not unless you use it excessively, although does not smudge or smear and absorbs almost instantly. One needs a lot of practice to get it evenly on, I never succeeded and looked a little like a tiger for a while...washes off easily with soap and a bit of scrubbing. The lock was a bit damaged up on arrival, but didn't affect the product.
