I ordered this mega pack of shop 'towels' for home use because we used them quite extensively at work and they were tough. Times have changed and I would no longer call these 'towels'. I realize times are tough for everyone but these new towels (wipes?) are almost equivalent to your every day kitchen paper towels. I find myself wiping a smooth surface with the same qualities as an eggshell and the paper towel just starts to shred..... even when used with water or alcohol. I do agree with the description provided that it MUST be a 'quick and easy' job, not anything more than a spilled soda/water.

I foster dogs for a rescue and prefer the senior and/or special needs. Aging dogs go into their second childhood much as aging humans do. When that happens they sometimes forget their potty training or become incontinent. These towels are thicker than the white towels I use in the kitchen, and absorb more. They are perfect for cleaning up yucky messes.

These really are great. While they're not quite as sturdy as good cloth rags, they're pretty close. For paper towel they're incredibly tough. Excellent for dealing with messy jobs because they're disposable. Prices seem to vary wildly, so shop around a bit.
