I've used these patches several times....I LOVE them. I have really bad arthritis in my neck,hands & feet. For my hands I put them on my upper back---sometimes I use 2. Occasionally I use them on my wrist.For my feet I use them directly on my foot. I have enlarged joints and some times cannot bare to bend them. These patches are a miracle to me. Well worth the cost as I've given up my celebrex.And I appreciate that there are no side affects.

My husband recently seriously hurt his back at work. After visiting the Chiropractor he was given some of these Tiger Balm patches. My husband absolutely loves them. He had been taking strong muscle relaxers and narcotic pain medicine and using heating pads. But now he is constantly looking for these pads, praising them for what they have done for him. He has never had any problems with them falling off or not heating properly.

We have tried several different brands of "pain patches" with mixed results, but it wasn't until a friend told us about "Tiger Balm" did we finally find one that works well for both my joint pain and my wife's back pain.
These patches stay on great, don't get too hot, and provide very quick relief.
Highly recommended!

I have tried a Tiger Balm patch before and it was great. Felt great on my lower back.
These few that I ordered, I felt nothing! don't know why, but it was like putting an empty piece of gauze on my back.
