These are the perfect tampons on lighter days because they are lighter than traditional regular or light tampons, respectively. They come with a lot in the box too.

I have always preferred Playtex because of the smooth applicator, but when they first came out with 'Slender' I fell in love.
These tampons are much much much more comfortable than any other tampon I've ever used. I have a smaller frame and long period (Days 1-2 are light, days 3-4 are heavy, and days 5-6 are light). Before I began using this brand it was always a little painful to change my tampon on days 1-2 and 5-6. Once I began using these there has been NO pain.
A word of warning though: on your heavy day you have to change them more frequently than you used to with the thicker tampons. On my heaviest day I have to change them every 1 to 2 hours.
I would recommend this style and brand to women who are smaller framed or women who still have an intact hymen (they're slender enough that it doesn't tear).
