The best lip balm on the marketFeb 14, 2009

I've tried nearly every lip balm(low end and high end) on the market but Palmer's is the best by far. It hydrates and protects lips, but doesn't feel gooey or sticky, and leaves lips soft, dewy-matte, and natural looking. You can even wear it over your lipstick. It doesn't have flavor and also has a pleasing vanilla-ish chocolate scent which is wonderful compared to other lip balms that have obnoxious artificial fruit fragrance or perfumes in them. Also, at around $1.10 a piece, it's a great value. I have been using the larger Palmer's Cocoa Butter Swivel stick(about $3 + each) for years and decided to buy the smaller lip balm sticks(12 pack)for convenience, to stash around the house and in different purses and jacket pockets. I love both products. No parabens in either. Go for the Swivel stick if you want just the pure cocoa butter formula(great for those who desire only organic/all natural ingredients in their cosmetics), or buy the lip balm with Vitamin E and SPF 15 for added sun protection. I bought the 12pk from America RX for $20 through Amazon and they shipped fast. The lip balms came in their individual retail packaging inserted so they stand in row in a plastic base like you would see on the drug store shelves. Very convenient! I just put that in my toiletries storage cabinet and grab one when I need it. Highly recommended!

This is by far the best lip balm I have ever used. It really moisturizes, instead of just providing a barrier, as so many lip balms do. It also smells great, like chocolate! I highly recommend this product for anyone who likes to keep their lips in great shape.

I've been using Palmer's coco butter lip balm for over a decade now, and it is by far the best lip balm/chapstick you will find! I used to use the BIG jumbo stick, and would use it not only on my lips, but on my scars, stretch marks, and dry spots on my face. However, the big stick is kind of incontinent to carry around, so I keep the big one at home for all those other purposes and then carry this smaller one around in my purse for my dry lips, and touch up on my dry patches on my face before putting on make-up. Truly, I love the smell of coco butter, and how to scent hits my nose as I glide it smoothly on my lips. There isn't really a "flavor," but it definitely doesn't have that nasty waxy taste either, it's just really nice and sweet, without any fake perfumes.
Hands down my favorite lip balm of all time, and I plan on being a consumer for life!

I love this lip balm so much that I purchased a 12 pack of it.
I use it everyday and have one stashed in my car, in my purse, on my bedside, and in my bathroom. The smells isn't too overwhelming, but I like it anyway. I recently bought the lotion, and now I am hooked as well.
It also comes in a huge stick, which actually looks like a tube of glue, which has lasted my a very long time.
