Finally - a small multi-vitamin!Nov 23, 2007
By #4 of 6 I was really tired of taking "horse pills" everyday. I would choke down my vitamin and hope that I would not die choking on something that was supposed to help me live better and longer. Why the heck every manufacturer thinks that all consumers feels that bigger is better is beyond me.
Finally I found a multivitamin that is small and contains all the vitamins we need every day. As I pass the word to others in the pharmacy, perhaps there will be a large enough group that changes to the "little vitamin" that other manufacturers will hear our cry...
Thanks One-A-Day...we are tired of choking on our vitamins.

No hassle vitamin tablet hereMay 02, 2008

I was tired of feeling the horse pill vitamins slowly travel down my throat or have that feeling of them catching on the way down. Some days I would just skip my vitamin altogether.
I read several reviews on this brand and decided to order a box. The One A Day Essential vitamins are the size of Bayer aspirin or Advils.
I don't even flinch when taking these. I pop one in the morning and a second vitamin in the evening with meals with no problems.
This is my favorite vitamin to take out of the previous brands I've tried thus far.

By Ms. Phyllis Pierson I can't seem to find these in my stores any longer and they are one of the few vitamins that don't include iron which is what I look for. Also they are small and easy to swallow.
