These are the best vitamins I've ever taken! My doctor had put me on a low dose of Simvastatin due to an elevated cholesterol level brought on by job stress. When I ran out of those (after a few months) I noticed these One A Day Vitamins on the shelf at the store and thought I'd give them a try. They worked just as effectively as the Simvastatin but without side effects. Both have a gentle laxative effect which, I guess, removes the excess cholesterol out of the body. Anyway ... my blood work came back a lot better with normal cholesterol after taking these vitamins and no medication.
