I have been using this product for about a year now and at only 1 pill per day instead of the recommended 2 per day and my cholesterol has gradually come down from about 240 to 195 now. I have been having cholesterol tests done every 4 months for about 5 years now and tried lowering with diet and exercise alone and was only ever able to get it down to about 205 at the lowest. Since taking this over the counter supplement my cholesterol has finally come down below the 200 mark. The combination of eating somewhat better (less meats & dairy and more vegetables, fruits and fish) and more daily activity (more golf :-) ) along with this supplement has finally gotten me to my goal.

I got these for my wife but she couldn't use them because they are so large. I bought some Mega Reds which are very small and easy to swallow.
