This stuff rocks, I guess I've been doing it wrong the whole time by just using face washes and expecting my skin to clear. Suffered acne my whole life, and this stuff just straight up rocks. It doesn't make my face super red like most "leave on" topical acne solutions. I use a super mild face wash, this stuff, and then a moisturizer after it dries and I have no dryness/flakiness at all. My skin is smooth, clearing up fast, and just looks healthy. I'm very pleased and will definitely purchase again.

I am 30 years old and had suffered acne since I was a teenager. I had tried pills, visited many doctors, try whatever was in the market to fight acne and nothing was ever so good. For the first time after 15 years I feel my skin free and smooth. It really have helped me, not only cure, but, about all, prevent breakouts. I have already used it for more that four months and I am very very very happy with the results.
After discovering this, I haven't used any other cream or product, except a Clean & Clear soap to wash my face. That's it.

The previous reviewer must have especially sensitive skin because I use this product twice daily in addition to a 12% glycolic acid cream in the evening with great success. I am thirty one years old and only suffer a sensitivity to sulfur products, otherwise, I would not characterize my skin as sensitive. Unfortunately, I do suffer from hormonal and stress acne breakouts and generally clogged pores. I am very happy to have discovered this product. I noticed much clearer smoother skin after only about a week of use. So far, I have used this product for about three to four weeks and have not suffered any of sensitivity problems. From my research salicylic doesn't usually result in such harsh reactions. Perhaps it is another agent in the product that is causing the problem for the previous reviewer. I highly recommend.

So my sister introduced me to these. She's always had pretty clear skin, with an ocacional break out, maybe around that time of the month, but she was never really acne prone (like me). All of a suden, she was covered in cystic acne. Huge pimples wich even left marks on her once beautiful clear skin. Needless to say, she was histerical about this. Tried every over the counter cream, lotion, you name it. Nothing worked. She had to go to the doctor and ended up using Retin-A. Wich is the only thing that worked, but at a $125 dollars a tube it was hefty. Not to mention it worked, but didn't clear it 100%.
Well, I don't know what possesed her one day and she decided to give these a try, eventhough nothing over the counter seemed to work. Well! what do you know? Not only did these work, but it worked better than the Retin-A. Even the marks went away. Her face became totally clear. Having paid $125 bucks for the Retin-A, this was a steal.
She got me on them and they worked great for me as well. Although I didn't use them every night, but every other night. I no longer use them, because ever since I started to use organic jojoba oil as part of my cleansing routine, and under my moisturizer and mineral make up, I no longer break out. So I don't need them. But if I needed them for any reason, I would definitly get them again. They may not be for people with regualar, or dry skin. But if you have oily skin and/or problems with cystic acne, give these a try. You might be in for a nice surprice. If they dry you out, follow treatmente with a few drops of organic jojoba oil. That should do it.
P.S My sister recently discovered that the reason for her suddern crazy break outs, was ovarian cysts. Her new dermatologist took one look at her when she walked in the door and immediatly said "you have cysts!". This condition also caused her to gain weight, and it caused her hair to start falling out. So if you have any of those symptoms, have you gyno check you out

Im pretty confident when it comes to neutrogena products but I was skeptical with this one because I didn't see any reviews about it. Im 23 and i usually get acne on my forehead or chin usually from my face being too oily or stress. Anyways I started using this product twice a day, in the morning and at night. It has a strong smell to it but it goes away after it dries. My acne cleared in 2 days!!!! Yes I said 2 days. You have to keep using it though because after 2 days of not using it they came back. This is definitely a great product if you have something special coming up and you need those breakouts to go away fast.
