I can't live without this makeup remover. It is the Best, never burns your eyes and it takes off the makeup so fast, no matter how much you have on. It takes off mascara so easily. I have used other makeup removers and none of them compare to Neutrogena.

I've been using this stuff for years, and I do love it. I have to say, though, it has a hard time with some things, mainly mascara and eyeliner. There's always a little that isn't removed. I wind up having to do "detail" work with a q-tip to try to remove what's left along my lashlines. It never stings, and feels nice and soothing. I'll continue using it, the price is right and it's better than most others.

I overall love neutrogena products but this one was a huge disappointment! Good water proof mascara will not come off using this product :(
I was using Clinique eye Make up remover ( it cost about $30) and I decided to try something a little cheaper. As I use and take off mascara almost very day. I guess I got what I paid for...
Just ordered my Clinique back again.
Will not recommend this product.

It does do a good job of removing stubborn eye makeup. Waterproof liner and mascara will take a few passes to come completely off. My biggest complaint and the reason I don't really like this product is that I bought it because it said "oil-free"... so why do my eyes feel like an oil slick after using it? The residue it leaves behind, as another reviewer noted, needs to be wiped off with a wet cloth or towel.

I used Clinique "Take the Day Off" for years, but at 1/3 the price, I found that Neutrogena performed almost, if not just as well. I have to rub a tiny bit more than with the Clinique, but it's worth it for the price difference.
The Neutrogena works well and doesn't bother my eyes at all (I wear contacts). The formula does feel a little slick after you apply it, but it absorbs pretty quickly without leaving anything oily behind. If I'm in a hurry after using it, I just rinse my face with water right away. It takes off both my waterproof eyeliner and my mascara no problem. Eye shadow is a breeze. I also found thst it works better with the cotton rounds instead of cotton balls. The cotton balls absorb more of the liquid and I ended up using more product.
