This a helpful product recommended for prediabetics and diabetics. Years ago, chromium picolinate also was an ingredient in many products promoted for use by people who wanted to lose weight. All of which shouldn't be surprising as "Chromium supports the metabolism of nutrients in your body, including carbohydrates, proteins, and fats."
