 Reducing CholesterolDec 13, 2007

This product was recommended to me for reducing my cholesterol and it honestly succeeded.
I took this supplement for two months prior to my next cholesterol check and due to this supplement,I have reached my goal of under 200 of cholesterol.
I am very happy not to be on prescription medication.

I've been taking this particular item for 5 months now. The biggest benefit to me was the VAST improvement in the texture and softness of my hair and skin. My skin has never been softer, more elastic, and has a glow. My hair now shines, is not dry, and is stronger. I get a TON of complements on my skin and hair now, mostly about how healthy they appear. So for you ladies who may not have a cholesterol issue, there are still a million great reasons to take this supplement. Btw, I'm also middle aged, so these benefits are HUGE for me.

I just got this supplement because I bought Valerian at Walgreens and the brand had a buy 1 get 1 going on, so I figured I'd try this supplement. I knew it was some generally good stuff to give my body and high cholesterol runs in my family, so at 23, I figured there was no better time than now to up the anty on the precautionary measures.
It turns out, this supplement made my nails stronger, harder, and a nice pretty white just like my nail hardening polish used to. I couldn't believe it! I notice a difference when I stop taking it, too. It made my hair stronger and shinier, too. I really need to re-stock. This is a wonderful supplement for overall health.

Bought this product a few weeks ago. Took it 5 nights in a row and had a headache the next morning each time. Stopped taking it and haven't had a headache since.
I probably have an allergy to something in it. Don't know how common my reaction might be.
Great for relieving joints painApr 02, 2012

I am a 50 year old male of Indian origin who started to have hip joint pain after starting running 100 meter sprints, in 2009, after a few years of break from lifelong running and exercise, so that even getting in and out of my car was painful. Prescription meds failed to relieve symptoms. I started taking 3 capsules a day with food at bed time on Jan 30, 2012. I had no pain 1 week later. I have resumed jogging and 2 months hence there is no pain in hip joints! Essential fatty acids have been shown to have beneficial effects in arthritis as well as joint pains. I give this product 5 stars, for its efficacy as well as the fact that the label says it has been processed to remove mercury from it. Kudos to Omega 3-6-9 Fish, Flax, Borage 1200 mg capsules by Nature's Bounty.
