Helpful for meJun 19, 2010

My doctor suggested that I start taking a B-50 complex because of a sudden depression that had stayed around for a month, at a time when I was taking a number of prescription medications. We both felt that adding an antidepressant would be overkill. Although my diet was adequate, it is possible that either stress, or illness, or the medications I was taking, or all three were increasing my B-vitamin requirements, because within an hour after taking my first tablet of this brand, I was restored to a sense of well-being and depression and confusion were gone.

Great for pregnancy!Nov 29, 2010

I started taking these because I had terrible morning sickness, and I'd read that B6 vitamins could help. They instantly made a big difference, not only reducing the amount of nausea I was feeling, but also in terms of my overall energy level.
I've tried going off them a few times during the pregnancy, and the morning sickness has returned each time, so although I'm halfway through my 3rd trimester, I'm still taking them every morning, and I plan to continue post-pregnancy, since I'm sure I'll need all the energy I can get!
