I just quit smoking and it is all thanks to this patch. I smoked about five a day of those American Spirit cigarettes they are bigger than the average cigarette. I tried cold turkey many times and could not stand the way I felt. I still had some cravings and irritability but a lot less with the patch.
Another thing that is great about the patch is that if you smoke with it on or even after an hour of taking it off cigarettes taste bad and make you sick, so get the opposite of satisfied. This is a great way to quit smoking.
