I ordered Freeze-It advanced therapy pain relief gel from Amazon and I am so glad I did - nothing else I could buy in the stores has given me the relief for my arthritic knees that Freeze-It delivers. I also have used it on my wrists (I have carpal tunnal) and I use it on my shoulder for arthritis pain. This has the same ingredients as the product the chiropractor sells, but needless to say, he charges an awful lot more!

My husband has a lot of knee, back and hamstring issues. This is the ONLY product he swears stops the pain while he is working out. He has tried almost everything on the market. Highly recommend, even if it is expensive.

This product was recommended by a chiropractor many years ago. I now find it one of very few products that relieve the arthritis pain in my shoulder. With its use, I can actually sleep at night.
