Against my better judgment I purchased this product because I saw the commercial and trusted the brand name. The main problem with this product (as you might suspect) is that the applicator wand does not go into the ear canal far enough to get the problem earwax. While this product may help clean shallow surface wax, it is not sufficient to be the only earwax removal tool in your "arsenal." And for $15, it is not a good value for your hard earned money.

I use my ear buds and ear plugs a lot ear wax is a problem. I find it to be simple and effective. Having to drops in my ears is scary. I used the adult version but decided to use the kids' version because it's cheaper. I get the same results.
