I found this to work fairly well to supress appetite when taken properly. In combination with a low-calorie diet and regular exercise I lost about 5 lbs. in 2-3 weeks. As my regime got a little less strict, I gained it all back and haven't lost any weight while taking this product alone, but like I said it does help supress appetite. I think it is a good companion in addition to working hard at acheiving your weight loss goals.

These pills are not the secret to weight loss. You can't just take them and watch the pounds fall off. However, they do exactly what they are meant to do: suppress appetite. These pills contain chromium, a mineral known to suppress appetite. If you actually exercise and cut your diet down, then you WILL lose weight. I started at 220, and after cutting my diet down to 1500 calories a day and doing some P90X, I now weigh 196. And I honestly think these pills helped me control my hunger.

Mega-T Green Tea works.
I am 46 years old, 5'6" height, lost 15 pounds in 10 days, was 192 pounds, now 177 pounds. My diet is Breakfast of EAS Myoplex Original Chocolate. Lunch is Subway 6" Turkey with American Cheese and Mayo. Dinner is anything not fried or too heavy in calories. Exercise is daily stretching, 30 reps of sit ups and push ups daily, light weightlifting on Sundays, tennis on Sundays, 20 minutes Elliptical on Sundays. Try it.
