wart treratmentMar 09, 2007
By John E. Beithon

This is the best home treatment for warts that I personally use and recommend for my patients. It needs a tape applied over it to keep it in place so the recommended type is Kendall Wet-Pruf which holds as well as any tape. This Mediplast will treat many more times than much more expensive
OTC products containing the same active ingredient (salicylic acid).

Should try before surgeryFeb 04, 2011
By E. Dalka This product is stronger than any of the freeze options you purchase and the lcoal store. It does take off layers of skin and drive to the root of the wart. I am still using 1 month later for bad plantar warts on my heal and have seen good progress. This box goes a long way. The key is cutting to size based on the coverage you require. for my large area, I get 8-10 out of each pack in this 25 pack. Get the waterprrof tape to make sure it stays in place for 2 days before changing.

Best product on the market for removal of warts.Nov 10, 2008
By Matthew Paige This product is far superior to anything made by Compound-W. what is even better is that is is not as messy, and it is a far less painful process to remove the warts. For planters warts, it should be the only thing that is ever used outside of liquid nitrogen applied by a doctor. It is a shame that the consoidation of stores and companies have made this product hard to come by. Instead they sell less effective products which you have to buy over and over again in order to mabe finally get rid of warts. But that is off the subject. The pads do have to be cut to shape to cover affected areas. For persons who do not have god vision, like myself, used a pen and draw or mark out the affected aesas, as thetip of pen will find those hard dense areas better than your eyes, and for plantrs warts, this meathod helps a great deal as it is not easy to lok at the bottoms of your feet. Please note that planters warts are usually spread through the use of public showers such as in locker rooms in schools or at the gym. If you are awre that you have them, it is best to shower at home, so you on't spread them to others who may in turn spread them back to you. It is the wet areas, showers, and steam rooms where the virus that cuses the warts survives an is waiting to infect new people. To prevent infections, there are special slipper or flip flops that you can wear in the wet areas of the gym, bt standard flip flops will become slippery when wet, and simply do not work so well. Good luck!

Wow, it actuall works!Jun 18, 2010
By MB the GymRat I've had teeny warts on my palms and the bottom of my feet for years and I'd tried everything just to end up making them angry(?!). Then I stumbled upon this (thank goodness for Amazon - they have everything on here!) and figured why not. I tried on my left palm only just to see if it works - the key is, as the package says, you have to leave it on for 48hrs. As other reviewers said, you have to cut it small enough to cover just the wart as it WILL remove whatever skin it touches. My first attempt, I covered it with a water-proof bandaid, well, it didn't stay on long enough, so I ended up (since I didn't have the waterproof tape - I recommend you buy it along with this) covering it with...duct tape :) It worked and my left palm is free of wart (whooray) so I'm going to attack the rest of them. The hardest part of using it? (especially if you have small pieces of duct tape stuck to your palm?) People look at you funny like you've lost your marbles...
Works for more than worts.Feb 20, 2009
By Dimples This stuff does work really well on getting rid of pesky worts but it does just as good a job removing tough calluses. It takes less time to remove them than the worts, and you do need to watch your feet so you dont go to deep. Works wonders.
