I've been using this product and lost 10 lbs. Without it, I feel hungry between meals. With it, my cravings are controlled and so is my tendency to snack.

If you are considering taking this supplement (or any other supplement, with "bitter orange" or Citrus Aurantium) - beware that one of the side effects of bitter orange is increased blood pressure.
So, I would recommend monitoring your blood pressure before, during, and after taking the product if you choose to take the product.
I will say, I didn't see much effect from this product though, so buyer beware.
