Surprisingly tastyJun 09, 2011
By The Stith's This works like a charm and it tasty. I give it to my children because of their issues with constipation. It tastes like tart apple juice. I JUST gave some to my six year old and when she saw me coming with the bottle she said "oooh, yummy!". I highly recommend it.

By challengeteacher The ad for this product does not contain information on magnesium levels in the product (at least not when I ordered). Each serving size has only 54 mg (14% daily value)magnesium. The label also states that each serving "contains the same amount of elemental magnesium as contained in 1000 mg of magnesium gluconate dihydrate." I am not sure what this means, but I do know that the tablet I usually take (MagOx)has around 456 mg of magnesium per serving (about 114% daily value). If I go by daily value, I will have to take about 8 teaspoons to get the same 114 % of the suggested daily value (what my doctor ordered). Again, I don't know much about the different types of magnesium, I'm just going by the % daily value.
