These inserts are expensive per use, but the lubrication they provide lasts for quite a while, and they have removed the need to pause and add lubrication. Things are as they used to be!!

Because it's easier to carry in your purse and use at a moment's notice, in circumstances when dealing with the mess of a tube-contained lubricant might be inconvenient.
