Great in conjunction with other vitaminsFeb 07, 2012
By CarissaMelissa My son has ADHD and we started him on herbal supplements like Focus Factor and multi vitamin with extra C. I read that Omega-3's also help with attention and I think it does make a difference. It's not a huge one but it seems to help also it seems when he takes it regularly his moods are more even. The only draw back is the taste. It does taste fishy :P my daughter won't take it at all but my son isn't picky so he doesn't have a problem with the taste.
Better than capsulesApr 03, 2011

I find these much more palatable than capsules. I've been taking them for 6 months now and just ordered another couple of bottles.

It's like a PunishmentJan 19, 2011

I bought these thinking both the kids and I could take them and before letting my kids take them I tried them myself. I can't even describe the taste. It's like trying to drink fruit juice after you brush your teeth. I tried to force myself to finish one by telling myself that I'm an adult and I shouldn't waste the money I paid for them, but I ended up having to spit it out in the trash. I couldn't stand it. Maybe on April fools I'll give them to my kids in the place of their regular vitamins as a joke but I wouldn't make them take these every day. I ended up having to buy something else. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone, especially not for kids. Don't be fooled by the label, the people who made these obviously didn't taste them before shipping them out.
