Loreal Dermo Expertise Skin Genesis night is an affordable quality product.
I wanted a night treatment that was light, was moisturising and would improve my skin's texture and look.
After about 4 weeks of regular use, my skin is softer, plumper, pores less visible and lines around my eyes and mouth less defined. Its a really noticeable change.
The cream appears quite thick out of the bottle, but spreads easily and even on very hot summer nights does not sit too thickly on the skin.
And i like the pump-pack bottle as it protects the rest from oxygen exposure, keeping the cream as unaffected as possible.
I recommend this.

I received this item today 8/30/2011 and it looked a bit battered. When I opened the box there was a manufacturer's coupon with an expiry date of 5/31/09. Seriously?! If the coupon is that old I don't want to know how old the product itself is. There is NO way I'm putting this on my skin. I went to The Value Bay's storefront and between the 5 star reviews (hmmm I wonder who wrote those?) I found other complaints from people that had received expired products from this seller. If this product is ever offered directly from Amazon I'd definitely buy it but I will NOT purchase anything that comes from The Value Bay again. Amazon was great when I contacted them and gave me a full refund. The Value Bay's expired skin creme is going in the garbage.

I received this night cream as a gift, along with some Oil of Olay Regenerist products (saved me alot of $$). I immediately took to the Loreal product over Oil of Olay's to my surprise. I LOVED the scent--very fresh, similar to freshly-sliced cucumber--over Olay's flowery-scented creams that remind me of a grandma perfume(yuck).
The cream is non-greasy; a combination between an gel and cream texture, that creates a transparent, thin film when applied. This thin application absorbs fully after a couple minutes without any oily feel.
My skin feels moisturized and soft, and smells great. I look forward to using this product every day, while the oil of Olay Regenerist products are sitting there.
For the price here on Amazon, I would definitely opt for this Skin Genesis night cream over Olay, and will buy it when this bottle runs out.

I used to have splotchy, rough skin until I started using the skin genesis night treatment complex along with the serum concentrate. It's lightweight, non-greasy, and instantly quenches thirsty skin. I've been using it for two weeks now and I have a brighter, extremely softer and smoother, more even-toned complexion. A little goes a long way, about a pump and a half accomodates my entire face and neck. It's affordable and VERY effective.

I am absolutely in Love with the Skin Genesis line. After giving up on it after a few days, I went back and decided to try this product. I am now proud to say that I am using it religiously every single night and the results are awesome. This moisturizer has the perfect consistency and is not at all greasy or oily in feel. It glides onto your skin beautifully and doesn't dry nor irritate the skin. I wake up to beautiful, soft, baby like skin. This line beats Olay Regenerist in terms of its effectiveness, lesser perfume content and wrinkle busting/skin plumping powers. Great product!
