i have been taking lactaid for years. i use to take 2 with first bite then 1 every other bite.....what a hassle! at home i tried these and LOVED that i didn't need to take as many. they work great. highly recommend over lactaid any day!

Both of my kids are lactose intolerant--1 severely and 1 mildly. We use these all the time and both are symptom free.

Truly fast acting and very effective.
One caplet with breakfast does the job nicely.
I just wish these caplets came in a bottle instead of individually wrapped. I suppose there's a reason for them to go to all the trouble and extra cost, though.
I highly recommend this product.
