1Simply terrible, bubbles stop working when you put your feet in itDec 15, 2008
By F. Inc
Terrible quality and doesn't do anything. A friend of mine registered for this and used it once.

The "sea grass" inserts that they give you go in the bottom and feel fine. But once you put your feet in the bath, the bubbles stop and the motor sounds like its going to burn out. Apparently it wasn't designed to still produce bubbles with feet actually in the footbath.

The unit also claims to have "heat" - the bath temperature water put into this was pretty cold after about 7 minutes of use. The unit claims to be silent - and while it made less noise than expected - you could still watch tv over it, it is not by any means silent.

The box goes so far as to say "professional salon footbath with heat" - which is inaccurate to say the least.

Didn't try out the pedicure tool as the bath part was so disappointing. This will be returned right away - and exchanged for one from a different manufacturer.

1no heatMay 26, 2009
By N. Baer
Although the box says "with HEAT," the manual notes that "Heat will only help to maintain the temperature of water placed inside the footbath. It will not heat cold water. For a warm water massage, fill the unit with warm water."

Not being overly picky we filled it with hot water from that tap. Unfortunately the product failed to maintain any heat at all. I think a glass of hot water in the fridge would have maintained better.

We're returning this product once it drys out.

5Not sure why all the bad reviewsJun 12, 2011
By Charlotte Santella
Just had to note here that this item is not bad. After reading these few reviews here I was so worried. Just got this as a birthday gift from my husband and I love it. Sounds kind of silly but that sea grass (fake of course)is wonderful...

It is not noisy yes it makes noise but not like people have reviewed...

This was a great gift... i love it...

3DisappointingApr 30, 2010

I'm disappointed with this item, I like the fact that it has a carrying handle the charging station and pedicure attachment's okay, but not that big a deal. The biggest problem I have with it is the water doesn't even maintain warmth. You basically have a bubble machine. I've owned cheaper foot baths which were much better than this one.

1Worst spa everMar 03, 2010
By A. Crisci "aec007"
Can you rate with NO stars at all?

I wish I had read reviews before buying it. I actually bought my from Bed Bath and Beyond that is 1 mile from home becasue I needed it ASAP due to a foot bone issue.
Took it home, filled it up 110°F water out of my handshower. I saw the sign stating that It will not heat up water... just maintain it... Ok then.

I turned it on.

The turbine-like air pump sounds like one of the those hand held vacs. Terrible. A far cry from the "whisper quiet bubbles" printed on the outside of the box.

Volume up on the TV... can't hear a thing with this noisemaker....

What's worse, the bubbles with just barely 1.5" of water, splish and splash water outside (by your heels) and wets all the floor. (I put a towel just in case and after 15 minutes it felt as if I had poured a glass of water on it)

As far as the "heat"... forget it my 110°F water turned luke warm in 15 minutes.

The inserts look OK.. more like fake grass to stand on... necessary if you want bubbles to flow through otherwise your foot bottom would plug the air holes therefore... no bubbles. This insert insole of sorts, was a small size like an # 8 shoe size, yet there's room and holes for a large insert to go in... but is nowhere to be found. (Manufacturer saving a few cents...?)

The foot tools looks good but in lieu of the terrible bath it's just fluff...

In short...WORTHLESS unless you just want to get your feet wet.

This "spa" is going back ASAP!
