The first hard spout that my daughter would takeOct 21, 2011

Before these cups, I thought my daughter would be drinking out of the soft spout sippy cups forever! Luckily my aunt (who owns a nursery) gave me these when she heard I was having problems getting my daughter off of the soft spouts. To my amazement, the very first time I gave her these cups she started drinking from them. I was shocked! Other cups were so hard to get anything out of that she couldn't suck hard enough. These have such a smooth flow though. You don't have to suck very hard, but the valve is still strong enough to prevent leaks. Now this is the only brand we use. They never EVER leak, and they are unbelievably easy to clean. The tiny white valve pops in and out of all NUK Gerber Graduate cups and the lids are completely interchangeable. It's nice not having to dig through a bunch of mismatched valves/cups/lids while your'e holding a thirsty toddler! They've survived being tossed out of a crib during nap and thrown against concrete during a temper tantrum ;o) Seriously, after using only these cups for over 6 months, we still LOVE LOVE LOVE them!

The cup that ended bottle dependenceNov 28, 2011

We were trying to transition our daughter to sippy cups and we were having some difficulty. We were able to get her to start using the soft spout cups for water, but milk she would still only take from a bottle. Maybe it was just time, or maybe there was something to these cups, but now she drinks milk solely out of these.
Pros: - They are a nice size for little hands to manage. Now at 16 months she is able to use the larger Gerber Graduates BPA Free 2 Pack Fun Grips spill Proof Cup, 10 Ounce, Colors May Vary ones as well, but when we first started transitioning, the bigger ones were too awkward for her to maneuver. - It's nice that the lids and valves are all interchangeable between the 7 and 10 ounce models. Organization has not been our strong suit since the baby came, so it's nice not to have to worry about finding the "right one." - Everything cleans easy in the dishwasher, we just place the valves in this Munchkin Deluxe Dishwasher Basket, Colors May Vary and have had no problems. - They have lived up to their spill proof name, as well as proven rather sturdy. My daughter still likes to toss these to the floor, though with less regularity at least. Despite all the impact to the hardwood floors, they have held up to the abuse and continue to not leak or spill. - The cups have little ounce markers on the side so you know how much liquid you put in the cup and/or was consumed.
We liked these so much, we bought two more sets of them.

one leaksJun 12, 2011
By ClassyDiamond I bought these a few months ago. One cup works well and I'm happy with it. The other one, however, leaks. When you screw the top on the water just leaks out on the sides when you tilt it :(

work for awhile...then they leakMay 10, 2011
By A. Masalehdan we've had these for 6 months now...they were great at first, but now none of the spill proof parts fit together the way they used to and it leaks...too bad, we still haven't found a good spill proof sippy cup :(
Great cupsApr 18, 2012

Cups don't leak (unless your child shakes it up and down really fast and hard or pounds it on the table to intentionally get liquid out...) and are easy for child to drink from.
