Save Big Bucks on Commode Liner bagsAug 05, 2011
By Dave Millman

First of all, this is a great commode, we've had it in constant use for two months and it is perfect. You can adjust the height to your patient and to their other seats (wheelchair, bed, etc.). Five stars.
Want to save big on the commode liner bags? Care Bag Commode Liner (20 pack) cost over a buck a bag including shipping, which is ridiculous. Instead, order Glad Garbage Bags, Odor Shield, Small, 26-Count Boxes (Pack of 12), which come out to under 13 cents per bag. We've burned through two boxes (52 bags) so far, no leaks.

Works great for visitsFeb 04, 2011

Bought a non-folding version of this for my fathers room and then bought this version for my house when he comes to visit.
- Folds up pretty flat so you can store it easily - Very sturdy - Easy to clean up - fits in a very tight toilet area. Hallway 1/2 bathroom is tight and this fits in there no problem.

Not a bad unit for the price.Jun 06, 2011
By W. Gardner Not that bad for the money. BCBS would cover a vitreous china commode but not a portable unit, go figure.
My only complaint is the width of the arm rests, seems a bit narrow for my size and height. Since I'm still only 52 need to put into storage since most insurance will not reissue durable medical goods. Folds nice and flat minus the pails.

Mother's little helperApr 11, 2011
By Lady C My mother is temporarily bed-ridden due to a back injury. The commode has been a lifesaver. Was very easy to assemble. Set up next to bed so she can just slide over to it. The bucket has a handle so easy to transport to bathroom to empty. Also, the arms are good to help her stand and get over to her walker when she can. Price very affordable! I highly recommend this product.

can a commode be great?!!!Jul 26, 2011
By Dianne Montagna Yes! True value for the price. This commode is really sturdy, easy to move, easy to clean. The side grips are a low height and help in rising. It can also be used over a toilet that is too low. The person using this is over 300 lbs. and feels very secure on it. If you need a commode this is the one to get and probably better than most more expensive commodes.
