Arrived in a timely manner was in good shape. I use this product because my doctor suggested that I take it to prevent further hearing loss. I have had two stapedectomies due to otosclerosis over 30 years ago and am beginning to loose my hearing again. So far the product seems to be working.

Have used this for years, but it is getting hard to find at local drugstores in the 500 Capsule (cheaper) bottle. Also they are starting to ask for a RX, which has never been required.
Amazon led me right to the best price.
