I have used this product for 5 years. It took about a month to begin working, but what a difference it has made in my mood swings and hot flashes. I rarely have hot flashes anymore and I find that my highs and lows in mood swings are much less severe.

All I can say is I was suffering with hot flashes every 20 minutes or so and this did the trick. I have been using it since about June 2010 and not one hot flash since.YAY!

I was really looking forward to using this product since it was recommended by several friends. I was only able to use it for 4 days. I took it at night before bed and had a weird sensation all night as though I had taken some kind of stimulant. I could feel my heart racing, had labored breathing, and an overall anxious feeling. I have normally low blood pressure and no other medical condition. I did not drink alcohol or coffee before bed. There was nothing else that could have caused these effects. The hot flashes were reduced by 2 - 3 per night vs the 6 -8 episodes I have. But the effects are not worth it. I cannot recommend it due to my own experinece.

It is indeed twice the dosage of the 98-count package. Highly recommend this one, even though it is more expensive. You only need 1 a day, and it works great.

What a refreshing change to have a Doctor recommend a natural product! I was being hit every 15-30 minutes with the heat flashes and my sleep disturbed with the night sweats. What does the Dr. recommend: Estroven "it works". Sure does! Within just a few days, I noticed a difference. It's been a month since starting the Estroven and NO MORE HEAT FLASHES OR NIGHT SWEATS! Everyone's body is different, but this product is certainly worth a try!
