Have used Esoterica for many yearsJun 14, 2009

I have used Esoterica, day and night, for many years until this past year, and then have been unable to find it in drugstores anymore. It worked great when available, but when I couldn't find it, the brown spots began to spread and new ones appeared. I am desperate to find it again, so turned online. Thankfully, I have found it. (Hint, it must be used faithfully for it to work properly.)

I have dry skin in my older age here and this might be a good fade creme but it's awful drying too. I bought both the day and night cremes and so switch off back and forth...using it in the morning and at night before bed. So far I haven't seen results but well give it longer time. I've been washing my face and hands in middle of day to remove this and apply a moistureizer then. I don't think this well delay effects of this product because by the time I've let it set on my face 4-6 hours already it should be absorbed as much as it well ever be. I am shocked at the amount it's dried out my cheek area however. It also does not rub in well..but tends to hang around sticky like on the surface of the skin. I have tried others that absorb or melt into the skin better. So if you have pets and they like to get up to your face stay back because their fur well stick to this stuff even hours after you applied it. Pet fur on my face...just sick and wrong..then again some pet people would enjoy I suppose.

This product is very good. This product doesn't smell the same as the original so I was a little reluctant to use it at first. But I've been using it now for 2-3 weeks and have no negative effects. I'm convinced now that it is not a bad product.
