For some reason this product is no longer available in California,(nanny state squared)but it is a spacacular product that I have used to get through the winter cold season for many years.

I love this medicine. I get better in a couple days after taking them. They definitely cover a wide range symptoms , from hacking coughs to congested nose.
Just a few days ago I woke with a scratchy throat and slight congestion and took a couple pills early in hopes it wouldn't get worse. Symtoms gone in a day!
The night pills are pretty effective, giving a full night's rest.
