Snug but nicely madeJul 23, 2008
By Big-D CONS: This bag is very snug and somewhat difficult to fit my helmet into. But I will also mention that I wear a XL ICON Domain II helmet that has a little spoiler kind of hanging off the top of the helmet. Does not have enough room to store an extra shield.
PROS: Made very well and offers a good degree of protection without being too bulky. The price was very good.
SUMMARY: Would I buy this bag again? Yes. I like a bag that does not take up a lot of space, has a snug fit and does what it is suppose to do. This bag fits my needs perfectly. Even if it would hold an extra shield I would probably not store one inside for fear it may become scratched or damaged in some way. Shields are too expensive to be messed with too much when not attached to a helmet. I keep my extra shields in my closet in a box designed for that.

Nice bag--exactly what I expectedMar 11, 2009
By Paul W. Brandenburger I've been using this helmet bag for a couple of weeks now. It's soft on the inside and tough on the outside. It's bit oversized (my helmet is a Shoei, full-face, XL), but I don't mind; it leaves room for the small towel I use to dry off the seat and mirrors in bad weather--something I don't want to stuff on the inside of my helmet once it's damp. I'd like it better if it were more thickly padded, but for the price, it's a good value.

Decent soft helmet bagJul 14, 2011

I picked this up to store my Shoei 3/4 RJ-Platinum R helmet in. I have a XXXL helmet, which is the largest shell size that Shoei makes, and it fits in this bag, with no issues. If it was a full helmet, I'm not sure if it would fit as well as a XXXL or larger. My wife has a M Scorpion EXO 900, and it fits with no issues. The inside has a soft fleece lining to protect the helmet. The bottom has a rubberized/plastic coating. Zipper seems to be high quality. It is a soft bag, so you're not getting a hard plastic helmet case that would protect for shipping / long distance travel. This is more geared toward garage storage, or careful travel. I would buy this again, and I'm considering it for the Scorprion.

Nice bagDec 03, 2010

Nice bag, worth the money. Snug for a full-face size L helmet, but that's what I wanted, a no-slop fit. Sharp-looking, it was for my teen son who wasn't going to use anything that looked handbag-like or luggage-like, the angled zipper and V-stripes matched the bike.
