I've started a low-carb diet and need to add fiber to it so I am trying this sugar-free variety of Citrucel. I had my first glass of it today. 1 rounded Tablespoon into a glass of 8oz water, stirred and drank quickly...it was delicious! It had a really good orange Tang taste (but better). Next dose I will use refrigerated water so it's nice and cold, may make it even better tasting. I can't comment on the 'workings' of this product yet (:-)... but time will tell! I'm sure it's an excellent product as it's been around for many years, I'm commenting on the taste. It's very good without any grit!
